After your puppy application is approved (see puppy application below). We’ll introduce you to your puppy’s parents (if they’re on-site!), tour our pup-friendly space, and let your little one bond with you in a calm, familiar environment. Jenny and Johnathan might even demonstrate their favorite puppy games!

Schedule Your Visit
Once your puppy is ready to go home, we’ll coordinate a pickup date that works for you. We welcome you to our cozy Brooklyn home (yes, puppy kisses included!) to meet your Frenchie and ask any last-minute questions.

Transportation Experience For distance families
Flight Nanny Service
Your puppy travels in-cabin with a USDA-certified pet transporter who provides:

✅ Hand-delivery to your nearest major airport
Ground Transport
For shorter distances, we use licensed ground transporters who specialize in puppy comfort:

Pre-Delivery Prep
Before travel, we ensure your puppy is:

✅As a quick but important reminder, please note that all adoption fees must be paid in full before a puppy leaves our care. This ensures a smooth and secure transition for both your new companion and our records.

To ensure a smooth transition, we’ll coordinate the delivery timing with you in advance so you’re fully prepared to welcome your pup with open arms. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a confirmation from us with all the final details, including:
